Hi, I’m Yeni Curbelo, Founder of YC Coaching: Your Change, Your Journey.
I’m a 39 year-old fitness enthusiast and certified coach. My journey into fitness began in 2018 after I gained 45 pounds during my marriage. Growing up, I was overweight for most of my life and tried a few diets that helped me get skinny, but I was never truly active until adulthood. It wasn’t until I decided to transform my habits—and in the process, my life—that I discovered the power of consistent fitness.
Through dedication and hard work, I lost those 45 pounds and developed a deep passion for fitness. I became certified in sports nutrition and personal training, and I’ve made it my mission through YC Coaching to assist others in reaching their goals. At YC Coaching, we focus on changing habits, enhancing mindsets, and achieving sustainable results—because “Your Change” is at the heart of everything we do.
As a mom and a divorced woman, I understand the challenges of balancing personal commitments with health goals. I’ve successfully maintained my weight loss and built muscle from scratch. Over the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping numerous women, men, and even teens on their fitness journeys.
My passion is to provide a comprehensive plan and a supportive environment to help you create better habits and transform what isn’t working in your life. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I learned how to fuel my body in a calorie deficit and still support muscle growth, eating healthy while still being able to go out and not worry about food. I am not saying I completely got rid of my eating disorder but it changed tremendously in a positive way and you’ll definitely get rid of your longing for unhealthy food.
